To us e a Background as an Input, follow this procedure.
1. Go to the Programming menu.
2. G o to the Input tab of the Resources area, and then go to the Backgrounds subtab of the Input tab.
3. Drag a Background from the list on the Bac kgrounds subtab and drop it on any Screen or A UX De stination in the Programming
Diagram area that has at least one source layer assigned to it.
If no source layer is assigned to the Destination, you w ill have to go to the B ackground tab and drag and drop the B ackground
from the Background subtab.
Using a Background as an Input incurs an extra frame of delay. Use normal Inputs if this delay is unacceptable.
Sources dropped into a Layer must be dropped from the Input tab, while sources d ropped in to a Backgro und
must be dropped f rom the Backgro und tab.
