Raddrizzare la rosetta di sicurezza (8) del
dado (1) fissaggio ingranaggio condut-
tore (D) trasmissione primaria.
Montare sull'ingranaggio (D) l'attrez-
zo cod. 88713.0137 e bloccarne la ro-
tazione inserendo un perno in uno dei
fori di fissaggio blocco motore al tel-
aio.
Utilizzando una chiave a bussola, con
braccio sufficientemente lungo, allen-
tare il dado (1) di fissaggio ingranaggio
conduttore (D).
Rimuovere il dado (1) e la rosetta di si-
curezza (8).
Rimuovere l’ingranaggio conduttore
trasmissione primaria (D) utilizzando
l’estrattore cod. 88713.2092 ed inter-
ponendo fra l’albero motore e vite
dall’estrattore una pasticca di allumin-
io o ottone.
Fare attenzione alla linguetta (E) po-
sizionata sull’albero motore.
Unbend the safety washer (8) of the
retaining nut (1) for the primary
driving gear (D).
Fit the tool part no. 88713.0137 onto
the gear (D) and fit a pin in one hole
for securing the engine block to the
frame to prevent rotation.
Loosen the retaining nut (1) for the
driving gear (D) using a socket
wrench of suitable length.
Remove the nut (1) and the safety
washer (8).
Remove the driving gear of primary
transmission (D) using the puller part
no. 88713.2092; fit an aluminum or
brass plate between puller screw and
crankshaft.
Do not damage the spline (E) onto the
crankshaft.
