Dopo questa prova, procedere al ser-
raggio definitivo del dado (1), prece-
dentemente montato.
Montare sull'ingranaggio (D) l'attrez-
zo cod. 88713.0137 e bloccarne la ro-
tazione inserendo un perno in uno dei
fori di fissaggio blocco motore al tel-
aio.
Con chiave dinamometrica bloccare il
dado alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
operando in senso orario.
Ribadire la rosetta (8) sull'ingranaggio
(D), in corrispondenza della fresatura,
e, in posizione diametralmente op-
posta, sul dado (1).
E’ buona norma riempire l’albero mo-
tore di olio in modo da non farlo lavo-
rare a secco durante i primi giri.
Rimontare la pompa olio ed eseguire
la verifica del gioco di ingranamento
tra l'ingranaggio pompa olio e l'ingran-
aggio della coppia primaria montato
sull'albero motore (Sez. N 2.2.).

When finished, finally tighten the nut
(1).
Fit the tool part number 88713.0137
onto the gear (D) and fit a pin in one
hole for securing the engine block to
the frame to prevent rotation.
Tighten the nut to the specified
torque with a torque wrench (Section
C3); turn clockwise.
Bend the washer (8) onto the gear (D)
at milled zone and onto the nut (1) at
a diametrically opposed position.
Fill the crankshaft with oil so that it is
duly lubricated when started.
Fit the oil pump and check meshing
play between oil pump gear and
primary drive gear onto the
crankshaft. (Sect. N 2.2.)
