screw two turns, see

B. Select
Switch filter
motor HIGH/LOW
check
box.
C. Click Filter motor
LOW.
D. Loosen the three
screws which are
holding the EDM
frame.
E. Position the beam spot
by moving the EDM
frame, see Fig. 6-107
on page 6-96 .
F. Tighten the three
screws.
70 Ncm. The spot has to be
positioned centred
and as low as possible
without reflecting
under the prism, see
Fig. 6-107 on page 6-
96 .
