6 Align transmitter
beam (laser pointer) to
infinity.
A. Remove the screen
attachment and the
reticle illumination.
B. Move the greyfilter
from the collimator.
C. Aim the instruments
cross-hair to the
collimator cross-hair.
D. Click Holding mode
ON.
E. Adjust greyfilter
position to see the
transmitter beam.
F. Adjust half the
deviation of the spot by
adjusting the vertical
and horizontal
adjustment screw.
G. Adjust the other half
by moving the EDM
frame, see Fig. 6-105
on page 6-95 .
