Media Mismatch Errors
Wrong Paper Size or Paper Not Availabe; Load Tray 1 (MPT) with [size][type]
Tray 1 (MPT) Paper Size mismatch error.
Applicable Status Code:
Code 176: Wrong Paper Size; Load Tray 1 (MPT) with [size] [type]
Code 186: Paper Not Available; Load Tray 1 (MPT) with [size] [type]
Initial Actions:
■ Inspect the tray to ensure that it is free of obstructions, is loaded with
supported media, and the guides are adjusted correctly.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
