General Troubleshooting
+24 VDC Output Stopped By Interlock Switch
Opening Door A or B opens the Interlock Switch. This shuts off the +24 VDC
supplied to the motors, clutches, and solenoids.

If an internal short has occurred, the LVPS requires several minutes to
reset.

Is there approximately 110 VAC (or 220 VAC
if the printer is a 220 V configuration) at the
AC wall outlet?
Go to Step 2. Notify the
customer of
improper AC
output from
the outlet.

connection.
Replace or
reseat the
power cord.
Replace the
LVPS
