Error Messages and Codes 3-27
Jam at Door E
Paper misfeed jam between the Fuser and the Top Output Tray. Media reached the
Fuser Exit Sensor, but did not reach the Top Output Tray Stack Full Sensor on time.
This error represents a misfeed jam inside the Exit Assembly.
Applicable Status Code:
Code E1: Jam at Door E
Initial Actions:
■ Ensure that the Exit Assembly is free of obstructions.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
