Duplex Unit Clock Frequency Error
The clock frequency for the Duplex Unit Control Board CPU is inaccurate.
Applicable Status Code:
Code 931: The Duplex Unit’s CPU clock frequency is inaccurate.
Initial Actions:
■ Reseat the Duplex Unit.
■ Cycle the printer's power.
■ If the problem persists follow the procedure below.
