8. Remove 6 (metal, 10 mm) and 2 (metal, 6 mm) screws that secure the 2
Dampers.The 2 (metal, 6 mm) screws are located on the back of the printer.
9. Make note of the Torsion Spring position, and then remove the Outer Shaft by
pushing in the direction of the arrow.
