SCPI.SYSTem.PRESet
Description
This command presets the setting state of the E5071C to the original
factory setting (Default Conditions). This command is different from
SCPI.IEEE4882.RSTas the continuous startup mode (see
SCPI.INITiate(Ch).CONTinuous) of channel 1 is set to ON.
