Unmapped Stream Request Register
There are 16 PROT_EPI_UNMAPPED_STREAM registers. The address of each is calculated as PROT_EPI_UN-
MAPPED_STREAM(x) = 0xE0033580 + (x*0x4). Hence PROT_EPI_UNMAPPED_STREAM(0) is at address 0xE0033580,
PROT_EPI_UNMAPPED_STREAM(1) is at address 0xE0033580 + 0x4 and so on. The definition of each of these is the same.
A register for each Endpoint to handle a request for a StreamID that is not currently mapped to a socket.
