Control Bus In/Out Direction Register
Two bits specify type of each bit in the 16-bit CTRL/ADDR Bus. Settings specified here may be overridden by GPIF_BUS_-
CONFIG bits.
31:0 DIRECTION[31:0] Bit at (bit_number/2) has following direction:

01 Output
10 Bidirectional I/O
11 Open drain I/O
