Fit the opening shim (7) to the stem
of the exhaust valve (21).
Fit the exhaust valve opening rocker
arm (3) and the exhaust valve opening
rocker arm spring (1) to the shaft (4)
using special tool 88713.2545.
Importante
Always fit the spring (1)
securing the exhaust valve opening
rocker arm (3) first, and then the inlet
valve springs (1).
Fit the inlet valve components in the
same way as the exhaust valve
components, and fit the opening
shims (7) to the stems of the inlet
valves (19).
Fit the opening rocker arms (3) and
the rocker arm securing springs (1)
over the shafts (12) using special tool
88713.2545.
With the valve in the rest position,
check clearance between rocker arm
(3) and shim (7) (Sect. N 4.1).
If clearance is outside the specified
limit, adjust valve clearance (Sect.
N.4.1).

Refit the valve covers N 4.3
Posizionare il registro di apertura (7)
sullo stelo valvola scarico (21).
Posizionare il bilanciere di apertura (3)
e inserire la molletta (1), di fissaggio
bilanciere apertura lato scarico, sul
perno (4) con l'apposito attrezzo cod.
88713.2545.
Importante
Montare sempre prima la
molletta (1) di fissaggio bilanciere
apertura (3) lato scarico e
successivamente le mollette (1) lato
aspirazione.
Per il lato aspirazione eseguire la
stessa procedura usata per il lato
scarico, posizionare i registri di
apertura (7) sullo stelo valvola
aspirazione (19).
Posizionare i bilancieri di apertura (3) e
inserire le mollette (1) di fissaggio
bilanciere lato aspirazione sui perni
(12) con l'apposito attrezzo cod.
88713.2545.
Con le valvole in condizone di riposo
verificare che il gioco tra i bilancieri (3)
e registri (7) sia quello prescritto (Sez.
N 4.1).
In caso contrario eseguire la
registrazione gioco valvola come
descritto alla Sez. N 4.1.
