garp timer leaveall <5000-60000>
Function:
Set the value of garp leaveAll timer, note that the value of leaveAll timer must be larger than leave
timer.
Parameter:
<5000-60000>, the value of timer in millisecond
Command mode:
Global Mode.
Default:
10000 ms.
