Check the Color Registration Shutter.
Run the Service Diagnostics
Registration Shutter test.
Is the shutter functioning correctly?
Go to Step 13. Replace the solenoid
and wiring harness.

Are the LED Head ribbon cables
undamaged, properly routed and
seated?
Go to Step 14. Reseat, correctly route
or replace the wiring
harness.

Swap the LED Head of the problem
color with any other LED Head.
Print a Supplies page.
Has the problem moved with the LED
Head?
Replace the
defective LED Head
