• Route to Operator: The alarm call is routed to the Operator extension, so that the Operator can the
serve the alarm request to the extension user.
Default: Play Voice Message.
Help Desk
Configure this parameter if you want to define the extension as a “Help Desk”.
1. Click [ + ] Help Desk to expand.
2. Select the check box Help Desk Auto set ACB on calling extension, when this extension is busy.
Default: Disabled.
Forced Account Code
Configure this parameter, if you want to apply the feature Forced Account Code on the extension. When Forced
Account code is enabled, the system will allow the extension user to dial an external number only after the user has
entered the Account Code. To know more, see “Account Codes”.
1. Click [ + ] Account Code to expand.
2. Select the check box Do not allow Outgoing Calls without Account Code (Force Account Code).
Now that you have finished configuring the DKP extension. You may configure the next DKP extension.
1. Click the tab of the second DKP extension.
2. Follow the same steps as described above to configure this extension.
3. Use the Copy button to apply the same DKP extension settings you configured on this extension.
