Assigning Call Budget to Extensions using a Telephone
For EON & Extended IP Phone Users
To assign Call Budget to an Extension:
• Enter System Administrator mode.
• Press DSS Key assigned to 'Assign Call Budget' function.
OR
•Dial 1072-004.
• Enter Extension Number
• Enter Call Budget Amount.
Use leading zero if amount is fewer than 6 digits.
• You get confirmatory message and confirmation tone.
• Exit System Administrator mode.
To view Call Budget assigned to an Extension:
• Enter System Administrator mode.
• Press DSS Key assigned to the Call Budget function.
OR
•Dial 1072-011 (from SA mode).
• Enter Extension Number
• Enter Call Budget Amount.
Use leading zero if amount is less than 6 digits
• You get confirmatory message and confirmation tone.
• Exit System Administrator mode.
For SLT Users
• Lift the handset.
• Enter System Administrator mode.
•Dial 1072-004.
• Dial Extension Number.
• Dial Call Budget Amount.
Use leading zero if amount is less than 6 digits.
• You get confirmation tone.
• Exit System Administrator mode.
• Replace handset.

Call Budget cannot be viewed on SLT.
