• Click SA Password.
• Enter Current Password. If you have not changed the default SA password 1111, enter this code.
• Enter New Password. It may be any combination of 4 digits. Valid digits 0 to 9.
• Re- enter New Password to confirm.
• Click Submit button to save your new SA password.
• You may log out of Jeeves.
Forgot the SA Password?
In case the System Administrator has forgotten the password, a new password can be issued by the System
Engineer only.
To issue a new SA Password from Jeeves,
• Log Jeeves as System Engineer.
• Click Advanced Settings to expand options.
