To display NTP authentication information, the no form command disabled the switch of displaying
NTP authentication information.

Usage Guide:
To display NTP authentication information, if the switch is enabled, and if the packets schlepped
authentication information when the packet in sending or receiving process, then the key identifier
will be printed out.
