<To transmit memo data by e-mail>
The message board can be sent as image data attached to e-mail.
The destination of the e-mail can be set in [E-mail Setting] in the [Destination ID] screen of the [Control
Panel] screen. (Setting operations are performed by [Maintenance] level personnel, and therefore are not
covered in this manual. Refer to the service manual.)
8. To close the [Message Board] screen, press the
[Exit] key .
X The screen previously displayed appears.

1. In the [Message Board] screen, press the
[Transmit] key .
X The confirmation message screen appears.

2. When not sending the message board data,
press the [No] key .
When sending the message board data, press
the [Yes] key .
X The memo data is transmitted.
