Hard Drive
Maintenance
➤ To specify the auto-delete exam capabilities for maintaining the hard drive
1. Press Setups on the keyboard.
2. Click Print/Network.
3. Click the Global Config tab.
4. Click HD Maint.
5. Select the Manual Delete Only option, or select Delete Archived/Committed Exams
and use the pull-down menu to select the date range. (The Delete Archived/Committed
Exams option is the recommended setting.)

➤ To set up printer and capture parameters
1. Press Setups on the keyboard.
2. Click Print/Network.
3. Click the Printer/Capture tab.
4. Select:
- Live Capture Type
- Print Format
- Send Report
- Image Export Format (See note below)
- Send Report Compression
- Send Images/Clips
- Send Pending Exam Data
