Theory of Operation
Duplex Unit
•Exit Clutch
Transmits the drive from the exit motor to exit roller in the Fuser. When the
clutch operates, the exit roller rotates in the reverse direction. The clutch is
stopped when the paper reached the Duplex.
•Duplex Motor
The Duplex Motor supplies the driving power to the Upper and Lower Duplex
Rollers.
• Exit Motor
The Exit Motor supplies the driving power to the Exit Roller in the Fuser.
•Duplex Board
The PWBA DUP controls motor and clutch.
