NOTE
RMS Recorder Function
In the RMS recorder function, using the recording start point as 0 DIV, the
trigger point can be specified in DIV (0, 5, 10 DIV).
When all trigger sources are set to OFF, the pre-trigger setting is invalid.
Procedure
Screen: TRIGGER, Waveform display
1. Display the TRIGGER or Waveform display screen.
2. Move the flashing cursor to the pre-trigger item, as
shown in the figure on the left.
3. Use the function keys to make a setting.
In the RMS recorder function, a trigger can be accepted immediately from
the start time. In some cases, therefore, the pre-trigger portion of a recording
may not be available.
In the RMS recorder function, pre-trigger cannot be carried out, because the
additional recording sets ON.
