Details
When the instrument is measuring low current and is driving a capacitive load, you may see
overshoot, ringing, and instability. You can enable the high capacitance mode to minimize these
problems.
Example
SOUR:CURR:HIGH:CAP ON
Turn the high capacitance mode on when
sourcing current.
