crypto ike enable
crypto ike enable
To enable IKE, use the crypto ike enable command. To disable IKE, use the no form of the command.
crypto ike enable
no crypto ike enable
Syntax Description This command has no other arguments or keywords.
Defaults Disabled.
Command Modes Configuration mode.

Usage Guidelines The IKE protocol cannot be disabled unless IPsec is disabled.
The configuration and verification commands for the IKE protocol are only available when the IKE
protocol is enabled on the switch. When you disable this feature, all related configurations are
automatically discarded.
Note This command is not supported on the Cisco MDS 9124 switch.
Examples The following example shows how to enable the IKE protocol.
switch# config terminal
switch(config)# crypto ike enable
