system switchover (configuration mode)
system switchover (configuration mode)
To enable a switchover for the system, use the system switchover command in configuration mode. To
revert to the factory default setting, use the no form of the command.
system switchover {ha | warm}
no system switchover
Syntax Description
Defaults Disabled.
Command Modes Configuration mode.
Command History
Usage Guidelines None.
Examples The following example enables a HA switchover from an active supervisor module to a standby
supervisor module.
switch# config terminal
switch(config)# system switchover ha
ha Specifies an HA switchover.
warm Specifies a warm switchover.
