system heartbeat
system heartbeat
To enable system heartbeat checks, use the system heartbeat command in EXEC mode. Use the no form
of this command to disable this feature.
system heartbeat
system no heartbeat
Syntax Description This command has no arguments or keywords.
Defaults Enabled.
Command Modes EXEC mode.
Command History
Usage Guidelines You can disable the heartbeat checking feature (enabled by default) for debugging and troubleshooting
purposes like attaching a GDB to a specified process.
Examples The following example enables the system heartbeat checks.
switch# system heartbeat
