Checking clearance in the Tandem bearing.

Check the diametric clearanse.
1. Place the magnetic stand on the outer
side of the frame bar.
2. Reset the indicator to zero
3. With crane or hydraulic jack, lift one of
the sides until the wheels are clear from
the floor.
4. Lower the machine.
5. Read the indicator value.
Max diametric clearance: 1,50 mm
Check the axial clearanse.
1. Place the magnetic stand on the axle
housing underside. See figure.
2. With crane or hydraulic jack, lift one
of the sides until the wheels are clear
from the floor.
3. Reset the indicator to zero
4. Lower the machine.
5 Read the indicator value.
Max axial clearance: 1,00 mm
