ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
The air conditioning system uses only R134a refrigerant and SP20 PAG oil
WARNING
EVACUATION
When the air conditioning system is opened to the atmosphere,
moisture contained in the air will remain in the system. Evacuation is
used to evaporate and remove the moisture from the A/C system
before conducting refrigerant charging.
Evacuation time: At least 30 min until moisture is removed and
you reach 1,0 bar or higher
Air tightness check
After evacuation, check for air tightness with the high/low pressure
gauges by waiting atleast 10 minutes.
Use only SP20 PAG oil!
A/C compressor contain 50ml oil from manufacturer.
Gas leak detection:
Use Gas Leak Detector A/C R134 Air Gas HVAC Tool.
Alternative gas leak detection:
UV DYE CHARGING
Fluorescent substance for gas leak detection

The air conditioning system works only if the vehicle is running. While using
the air conditioning system, keep all doors and windows closed.
Never mix R134a with other refrigerants or A/C systems failure may to occur.
NOTE
WARNING
This does not give as thorough results as when using HVAC leak detector
and will not detect minor leaks.
