Reassemble
Assemble of the complete hub unit .
Clean the connection surface (1)
Install the slots of slotted pins in direction
of force and by 180° turned to each other.
1 = Slotted pin S 25x70
2 = Slotted pin S 15x70
Clean the connection surface on the axle arm.
Wet the mounting face of brake carrier (2) with sealing
compound
(Loctite Type No. 574).
Fix the hub to the axlearm,
Wet thread of hexagon screws with Loctite type no. 262.
Tighten the bolt connection with hexagon screws (1).
Screw: M18x1.5x100 -10.9
Locking liquid: Loctite 262
Tightening torque: 440 Nm
