Disposal of hazardous materials
Physical contact with used motor oil or gear oil could create a
health risk. Wipe oil from your hands promptly and wash off any
remaining residue. Used motor oil or gear oil is an environmental
contaminant and should only be disposed of at approved collec-
tion facilities. To prevent pollution of environment, always do the
following:
• Never dump waste oil in a sewer systems, rivers, etc.
• Always put drained oil from your machine in approved, leak
proof containers. Never drain oil directly onto ground.
• Obey appropriate laws and regulations when disposing of
harmful materials such as oil, fuel, solvent, filters, and batter-
ies.
Improperly disposing of waste can threaten environment. Poten-
tially harmful fluids must be disposed of according to local
laws and regulations.
Use all cleaning solutions with care. Report all necessary repairs.
