9.2.2 Assembly of The Exhaust Body Heating System
Install the rubber to the rear frame
brackets. Connect the body adap-
tor to the frame.
Use shim between rubber and
bracket and the adapter to adjust
the contact surface between the
body and adapter.
The exhaust surface flange should,
when the body is empty, have
clearance to the outlet surface
flange.
Be aware that the deflection of
the rubber mountings should not
exceed 3 - 5 mm at laden condi-
tion.
Assemble the exhaust block to the frame.
Remove the exhaust pipe from the sound damper.
Assemble the exhaust pipe adapter and the new
exhaust pipes to the sound dumper.
Fix the exhaust pipe with V-clamp.
The body heating system comes with restric-
tors. Contains extra set restrictors enabling
exhaust flow to body heating system.
Restrictors are simply supported between pipe-
line bends.
