HYDRAULIC SYSTEM
Test block
The Test Block is the place where is possible to check all the main pressures from the hydraulic system.
Through the test ports, it is possible to diagnose the maximum and minimum values of the hydraulic pressures
of each part of the system.
The sensors (140, 141, 142, 143, 144 and 145) send the pressure signal to the VCU-2, to shows the values on
the LCD display.
A= Tilt cylinder raising pressure - 280 bar (see specs)
TMPR= Transmission control pressure - 16 ~ 18 bar (see specs)
ACC3= Accumulator pressure - 205 bar (see specs)
PS= Pilot servo pressure - 35 bar (see specs)
ACC2= Accumulator pressure - 205 bar (see specs)
B= Tilt cylinder lowering pressure - 80 bar (see specs)
ACC1= Accumulator pressure - 205 bar (see specs)
FDM= Fan drive motor pressure - 280 bar (see specs)
LSOM= Load sense orbitrol measure pressure - 210 bar (see specs)
LSP1M= Load sense pump 1 measure pressure - 20 bar (see specs)
P1M= Pump 1 measure pressure - 280 bar (see specs)
