TRANSMISSION
Loosen the temperature sensors (1 and 2).
Retting:
Fit the temperature sensors (1 and 2) and close the locking of
wiring harness / temperature sensors plug connection.
• 1 = temperature sensor -> oil sump
• 2 = temperature sensor -> converter/retarder
Tightening torque (M12x1.5) MA = 36 Nm
Shifting block II assy
1 = control valve (cooler change-over valve 1.5 ba r)
2 = clamping plate
3 = pressure controller (Y10) „retarder“ with follow-on
slide
4 = pressure controller (Y7) clutch „V“ with follow-on slide
5 = pressure controller (Y9) „WK“ with follow-on slide
6 = pressure controller (Y8) clutch „E“ with follow-on slide
7 = pressure reducing valve 9 bar
Insert the pressure controllers (1) into the valve block and fix
them with clamping plate (2).
Ensure correct installation position of pressure
controllers
(see arrow).
