ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Press the A/C button and then AUTO and set the temperature 5°C
above the desired temperature.
Air Conditioning and heating will be simultaneously on and the
blower goes to maximum flow in order to
defog the windscreen.
FAILURE CODES
In case of sensor failure used to automatic adjustment, the display
will show the corresponding error
code:
E1: Outside air temperature sensor open
E2: Outside air temperature sensor shorted
E3: Inside air temperature sensor open
E4: Inside air temperature sensor shorted
E5: Mixed air temperature sensor open
E6: Mixed air temperature sensor shorted
OP: Water valve wrong connection
In this case, by pressing red or blue arrow you can manually ad-
just the temperature of the air incoming into the cab.
Every 50 hours:
• Check the condenser (clean it if necessary)
• Check the cab air filter (clean it if necessary)
During the winter:
• To ensure maximum efficiency of the air conditioner, allow it to run once a week, even for a
short while. This will lubricate the Orings.
During cold weather:
• Allow the vehicle itself to run a few minutes before starting the air conditioner so as to allow the
liquid refrigerant situated in the lower part of the compressor to evaporate under the engine
heat. A liquid refrigerant could damage the compressor.
Every 200 hours:
• Check the drive belt tension.
A higher tension wears the compressor bearings.
A lower tension wears the belt
• Replace the cab air filter.
Every 2 years:
• Clean the evaporator coil.
• Clean the drain pan and the check valve.
• Recover the refrigerant and replace the receiver dryer.
• Refrigerant charge and check the thermostat and pressure switches.
