3. Click OK to return to the “Configure Hot Spare” tab (Figure 8-33).
If you have expanded your configuration with extra disks or expansion enclosures, you can
also use this task to recalculate your new hot spare requirements. Just click the task again.
1. You will see the current number of hot spare drives assigned, as in Figure 8-36.

2. If you select Unassign there will be a warning that you will lose the hot spare drive
protection. Confirm it (Figure 8-37 on page 159) and then you will be able to click Assign
