Chapter 3. Cabling
This chapter explains how to properly cable the DS3000 subsystems. We discuss the
following cabling areas:
SAS cabling between the DS3000 and EXP3000 enclosures
Ethernet management cabling
Host server attachment (SAS, iSCSI and Fibre Channel)
Power cabling
We also describe correct power-on procedures for the IBM System Storage DS3000.
