variant between SIP and PSTN for MFC-R2.
■ [0] None (default)

■ [2] Argentina R2
Note:
■ To enable CPC mapping, set the
EnableCallingPartyCategory parameter to 1.
■ The parameter is applicable only to the E1 MFC-R2 variant.

Discriminator (pd) attribute (according to IETF Internet-Draft
draft-johnston-sipping-cc-uui-04). For example:
