For single Expansion Links in the EPN:
1. Replace the EPN Maintenance circuit pack, and run the
test again. If it passes, the problem is with the EPN
Maintenance circuit pack.
2. If the test fails, replace the Expansion Interface circuit
pack. If the tests passes, the problem is with the
Expansion Interface circuit pack.
3. If the test still fails, the problem is with the serial link wired
into the backplane of carrier A.
