Link Tear Down Test (#213)
This test is destructive.
This test disconnects the existing link between the system and the external printer
device. If the link has been disconnected already, this test just returns PASS. All
resources allocated for a PMS Printer Link are released after this test.

to release the link from busyout state.
2. Retry test journal wakeup-log|pms-log l command to
execute the test.
FAIL Internal system error
1. Retry the command at 1-minute intervals a maximum of 5
times.
PASS The link is torn down.
