TRANSMISSION
Fill front differential: 9,4 Liters - Shell Spirax S3 ALS 80W-90 (For
fluid type and specifications, refer to the DOOSAN Operating &
Maintenance Manual Chapter 6)
Hook chains into the 03 eyebolts on transmission. Adjust the chains to keep transmission in level.
Carefully place transmission on the 03 mounting points.
If shims were used on screws when disassembled, use the same shims when reassembling.
Remove old sealant and clean flange surface of hydraulic pump. Same procedure on transmission flange end.
Apply locktite 7063 for cleaning and locktite 5188 to seal flange.
Allen wrench: 14mm
Torque: 350Nm
