FRONT WAGON
Measure gap between cab and bonnet, should be about
15mm. (both sides)
Adjust height with shim (aligned with cab). Check if sealing inside
bonnet against airfilter beam touches about the same time.
Close the bonnet and check that the lock is functioning properly.
Adjust if necessary, by re-positioning/re-shimming the bonnet lock
receptacle.

Adjusting and assembling bonnet lock
Assemble upper hub, yoke should
be situated like it is shown. Dis-
tance between wire end and nut
should be 10mm.
Connect yoke to the lock release mechanism.
Assemble bracket to lock, torque on bolt 35Nm (1).
Adjust distance between wire hub and bracket to
approximately 55mm (2).
Position the wire according to model:
DA30: Top position of socket (figure 90)
Tighten the lock nuts on the wire hub to secure it.
