Assemble locking system to bonnet, bolt torque 68Nm.
Lubricate the locking mechanism and check if lock mecha-
nism is engaging properly before attaching wire to lock
handle.
Disassemble lock holder to test locking mechanism.
If latch does not lock properly recheck the tension by
adjusting wire on socket.
Assemble oposite end of wire to the lock handle, use one locknut
nut on each side. Apply locktite on threads to secure wire lock-
nuts. (1)
Place wire hub to the left side of slot, towards the bonnet side. (2)
Adjusting tension on wire
Adjust the height of the wire hub, let there be approx. 10mm of
treads left below the end lock nut.
Tighten the lock nuts on the wire hub to secure it.
Insert the holder into the lock and, check the function of the
opening mechanism. When pushing the button there should
be 2-3mm of play before you meet resistance. If not, the wire
tension is wrong.
To re-adjust the tension on the wire, open the locknuts and
raise/lower the height of the wire hub.

Do not close bonnet before checking lock.
