Utility information
 RECLIST lists all the variables that can be recorded by
the record function.
 RECTRIGLIST lists all the options for triggering the
recording.
Status flags
 RECRDY indicates that a recording is armed and ready.
 RECING indicates that a trigger condition has occurred
and that a recording is active.
 RECDONE indicates that the recording is completed
Data retrieval
 GETMODE defines the format for the recorded data
(binary/ascii)
 GET retrieves the recorded data
