Overview
A motor holding brake holds a switched-o motor in place.
When controlled as follows, the "Motor holding brake" function minimizes the wear of an
electromechanical brake:
• The brake opens once the motor is magnetized.
• The converter switches o the motor when the motor holding brake is closed.
