cense (eCoL)
• Provided as a PDF for each license purchased.
• Contains the delivery note number and license number.
• Necessary in order to create the license 󹪝le in the Web License Manager.
• It is not contained in the license 󹪝le.
License 󹪝le
• Provided as a ZIP 󹪝le.
• Contains serial number of the memory card in the 󹪝le name. Cannot be trans‐
ferred to other memory cards.
• Necessary in order to activate licenses for functions that require licensing in the
commissioning tool.
• Contains a signature 󹪝le. The converter uses the signature 󹪝le to verify the
authenticity of the licenses.

Requirement
• A memory card is present and inserted into the converter.
Licenses for functions requiring licensing must be assigned to a memory card.

Description of function
Licensing is automatically checked during ramp-up of the converter.
Insu󹪟cient licensing is indicated as follows on the converter:
• F13000 License not adequate
• READY LED red light 󹪞ashing at 2Hz
