Tray and Paper Errors
Load Tray 1 (MPT) (Paper Mismatch)
The paper size mismatch is detected in Tray 1 (MPT). The following
troubleshooting procedure applies to this error.

■ Chain Link 024-958: Load Tray 1 (MPT) (IOT Paper Mismatch)
Initial Actions
■ Inspect the tray to ensure that it is free of obstructions, is loaded with
supported paper, and the Guides are adjusted correctly.
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
