Error Messages and Codes
Scanner Error
The Scanner has failed. The following troubleshooting procedure applies to
these errors.

■ Chain Link 062-311: Scanner Initial Error
■ Chain Link 062-321: Scanner Malfunction
■ Chain Link 062-360: Scanner Sensor Error
■ Chain Link 062-371: Scanner Lamp Error
Initial Actions
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.

Scanner Lock at the Unlock position?

Controller Board. Reseat the
connectors.
