Error Messages and Codes
Jam at Scanner
Jam has occurred at the ADF. The following troubleshooting procedure
applies to these errors.

■ Chain Link 005-110: Jam at Scanner (Pickup Jam)
■ Chain Link 005-121: Jam at Scanner (ADF Jam)
Initial Actions
■ Cycle printer power.
■ If the problem persists, follow the procedure below.
